Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has recommended Karachay-Cherkessian Leader Rashid Temrezov to try switching taxing of labour place to residential taxing, RIA Novosti reports.
Russian Minister for Emergencies Sergey Shoygu, Governor of the Moscow Region, said that many residents of the region work in Moscow and pay taxes in the city. Putin said that the new system is beneficial for certain, but not all, regions.
