The Abkhaz Foreign Ministry has expressed discontent with the EU mission in Georgia under supervision of General Andzej Tyskevic, RIA Novosti reports.
The Foreign Ministry says that the monitoring mission does not register some of the most grave incidents, including murders and attempts to blackmail Abkhazia.
Tyskevic is part of the Geneva talks on the mechanism for prevention and reaction to incidents, but ignores Abkhaz requests. Abkhazia has declared him a persona non grata for his inappropriate statements.
