Sochi Mayor Anatoly Pakhomov has called Baden-Baden a city with close spirit. A German delegation headed by Baden-Baden Mayor Wolfgang Gerstner is on a visit to Sochi, ITAR-TASS reports.
Gerstner is making his third visit to Sochi and said that the two cities have a lot in common. Borth have similar infrastructure and treatment of people with water. Well-known Russians Dostoyevsky, Turgenev, Tolstoy visited Baden-Baden in the 19th century.
The German delegation will stay in Sochi until April 30. They visited the situation room and the Museum of Sports Glofy. They will observe the Olympic Park, cultural and historic sites of Sochi.
