The Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan is implementing new rules for issuing visas, 1news.az reports.
Electronic visa forms are available at https://visa.kdmid.ru/.
Requests for Russian visas should be filed at the embassy’s consulate with a copy of a printed electronic visa form from June 15, 2012.
