Georgia is negotiating the establishment of a European College in Batumi (in the Adjara autonomy) with the European Union, Mikheil Saakashvili said at the 6th International Academic Competition of Young Scientists and Inventors, Georgia Online reports.
Batumi is building the American Technological University which will open in September. The European College will allow people from Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus to study.
Saakashvili emphasized that he will do all it takes to form a regional center for education, science and innovation and start exporting technologies.
