30,000 observers to monitor parliamentary elections in Armenia

About 30,000 observers from 53 non-governmental organizations will monitor the parliamentary elections in Armenia on May 6, the head of the Central Election Commission, Tigran Mukuchyan, said at an extraordinary meeting.According to the latest data, parliamentary elections in Armenia will be monitored by about 500 observers from various European institutions, in particular, from PACE, OSCE / ODIHR, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and the European Parliament.The mission of the CIS includes 173 observers, News-Armenia reports.
