The return of Abkhazia should start with Kutaisi, Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili said in Kutaisi’s Theater of Lado Meskhishvili, Trend reports.
The president explained why Kutaisi has become a new capital. It will become the start of control over Western Georgia.
Saakashvili mentioned development of Tbilisi and said that it is the center of Georgia and the administrative and cultural center of the Caucasus as a whole. But it needs decentralization.
The president reminded that the first parliamentary session in Kutaisi will start on May 26. The parliament of the new calling will start functioning in autumn.
