Alexander Tkachev, the governor of Krasnodar Territory and a special envoy of Russian President in Abkhazia has held a meeting with the Abkhaz president, Alexander Ankvab, Yuga.ru.
Tkachev said that he intends to do everything to develop as many Abkhaz-Russian projects as possible in the sphere of tourism, transport, culture, science and education.
The future of Abkhaz resorts and the issue of the border were discussed separately at the meeting.
It was pointed out at the meeting that Russia will continue the policy of systemic support of the socio-economic development of Abkhazia.
