Magomedsalam Magomedov: terrorist attack in Makhachkala - an attempt to interrupt dialogue in community

The two explosions in Makhachkala were an attempt to disrupt the dialogue in the Islamic community in Dagestan, the head of the republic, Magomedsalam Magomedov said, RIA Novosti reports.

According to him, the most correct and appropriate response to it would be to strike the terrorists back.

On Thursday night a car exploded with a suicide bomber near a police post on the outskirts of Makhachkala. After a short period of time a second explosion took place in a parked car near a road police post. According to various sources, 11 (according to the Interior Ministry of Dagestan) or 14 (according to the source of RIA-Novosti in the medical community) people were killed and over 100 injured.
