Dagestani Leader Magomedsalam Magomedov will donate blood to people hit by the terrorist attacks in Makhachkala, RIA Novosti reports.
A vehicle driven by a suicide bomber went off in Makhachkala on Thursday. Another bomb exploded in a few minutes later. 13 people died and over 100 were injured. 15 of them are in grave condition, 47 in medium condition.
