US Secretary of State to tour South Caucasus from Georgia

The US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will visit Georgia on July
7th, Latvian Premier Valdis Dombrovskiy told the Washington Post.
He said that the ‘restart’ of relations between the USA and Russia are
due to the change of the US position towards Russia’s neighbors.
