A Heydar Aliyev Center to mark the 89th anniversary of the birth of the leader and the 8th anniversary of the Heydar Aliyev Fund has opened in Baku, Trend reports.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, his wife Mehriban and family arrived for the opening.
The center will promote philosophy of the Azerbaijani national leader, allow the population to take part in modern processes.
President Ilham Aliyev described the idea of building the complex. The center was designed by architect Zakhy Hadid.
