Sudan supports the position of Azerbaijan in the Armenian-Azerbaijani
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Foreign Minister of Sudan Ali Ahmed Carty said
in Baku at a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov,
Trend reports.
The Sudanese Foreign Minister also congratulated Mammadyarov on the
election of Azerbaijan as a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council, the Foreign Ministry press service said
on Friday.
The Sudanese minister expressed satisfaction with bilateral relations and
noted the need for their development. At the meeting the ministers
discussed regional development, questions of bilateral cooperation and
its prospects.
