An organization of feminists has been opened in Azerbaijan to promote gender equality, 1news reports.
Asima Nasirli, a co-founder of the organization, said that women often face domestic violence and inequality of rights. Women are not well represented in executive structures.
Nasirli said that her organization will tell women about their rights. She added that the organization is not radical and offers men to join it to protect women's rights.
