Moscow and Tskhinvali have signed an agreement on establishing a checkpoint at Nizhnii Zarmag - Ruk on the border of the two states, VZGLYAD reports.
According to the head of the Russian state border agency the agreement also provides for modernization of the existing checkpoints and is aimed at developing and strengthening goodwill and friendly cooperation on the bases of mutual benefit and equal rights.
