Adam Osmayev, suspected of plotting thr assassination of Russian President Vladimir Putin, may be extradited to Russia after investigations in Ukraine, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Victor Pshonka said, RIA Novosti reports.
The Lefortovsky Court of Moscow ordered the arrest of Kazakh citizen Ilia Pyanzin and Grozny local Adam Osmayev in April for planning an assassination attempt. They are accused of forming an armed group, production of weapons, infringement of life, illegal purchase and storage of weapons and ammo. They may get 20 years of prison.
