Russian President Vladimir Putin met Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev at the CIS summit, RIA Novosti reports.
The presidents discussed bilateral cooperation.
Putin met presidents of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan at the anniversary summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in Moscow. Putin called CIS states the main strategic partners of Russia.
