Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has preserved his position on the list of the most influential heads of Russian regions composed in April 2012. The list is made by the Agency for Political and Economic Communications, published by Nezavisimaya Gazeta.
Kadyrov got a high rating of 6.95 points, coming third in the list of 83 regional heads.
The top two positions are taken by Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin and President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
Experts say that the list was based on ratings of Russian governors. 11 experts took part in composing it in April 2012. They include political analysts, media experts and journalists.
People on the list are split into three sections: very highly influential (120), highly influential (2150) and medium influential (5183).
