Unidentified assailants have killed Jamal Gemmuyev, head of the district center of Tyrniauz in Kabardino-Balkaria, RIA Novosti reports.
The 37-year old district head was found dead in his car at the Baksan-Azau Highway this morning.
Jamal Gemmuyev was reappointed to supervise the administration of Turniauz on May 10. He had been a school principal since 1999.
