Amayak Ovannisyan, the 9th member in the proportional list of Prosperous Armenia, says that the party is negotiating the formation of a coalition, Tert.am reports.
Ovannisyan said on Saturday that the entrance of Prosperous Armenia to a coalition had been decided and now only ministerial portfolios were to be decided. He said two days ago that he would not quit the parliament.
