Iran has called its Ambassador to Azerbaijan Muhammed Bagir Bahrami off today, SalamNews reports.
The initiative is a response to anti-Iranian protests at the embassy in Baku. The ambassador will stay in Tehran for consultations. The date of his return is unknown.
