The European Union has issued €4.317 million for reforms and modernization of the Kazakh state service, initiated after the 5th Astana Economic Forum, News Kazakhstan reports.
Realization of the reforms will only be possible through studies, exchange of knowledge and experience with Europe and through restructuring beneficiaries of the project within the framework of the Agency for State Service and the Academy for State Administration.
