Delimitation of borders of the exclusive economic zone for the tourism cluster and the Lagonaki Resort in Adygeya continues. The zone is expected to expand from 15,000 hectares to 20,285 hectares at the Lagonaki Gorge.
Prime Minister of Adygeya Murat Kumpilov chaired the inter-department session of the Government House to discuss formation of the exclusive economic zone in the Maikop District.
Officials of the NCR, Caucasus State Biosphere Reserve, committee for tourism and resorts, ministries attended the session.
The session was intermediary within the framework of the zone formation. Realization of the project will determine development of tourism in the region. Tourism development is carried out according to the Russian governmental order for development of the tourism cluster in the North Caucasian Federal District, Krasnodar Territory and Adygeya.
