Director of Iran's Supreme Council of National Security (SCNS) Saeed Jalili and the European Union's foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton have started bilateral talks in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, Trend cites Press TV as saying.
Ashron and Jalili had held two rounds of separate talks yesterday and today.
