The Constitutional Court of Armenia has postponed the consideration of the claim of the Armenian National Congress (ANC), which requires to cancel the results of parliamentary elections, until May 29, News–Armenia reports.
The Armenian Constitutional Court today began consideration of a complaint filed by the ANC to cancel the official results of parliamentary elections which took place on May 6.
The ANC calls on the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia to annul the decision to generalize the results of parliamentary elections in Armenia based on proportional electoral system and voting results, according to the decision of the CEC adopted on May 13.
