Morozov appointed head of Russian presidential administration for domestic policy

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed a member of United
Russia, State Duma Deputy Speaker Oleg Morozov, as the
Russian president's head of domestic policy, RIA-Novosti reports referring to
the Kremlin press service.

Morozov succeeded Konstantin Kostin. Kostin will become head of the
Fund for the Development of Civil Society, a source in the Kremlin
reported.
