Governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachyov, Special Presidential Envoy for relations with Abkhazia, says that Russian Presidential Assistant Tatyana Golikova will not dupe his functions, RIA Novosti reports.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev appointed Tkachyov as the Special Envoy to Abkhazia. Former Healthcare Minister Tatyana Golikova became the Presidential Assistant for socio-economic development of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
Tkachyov explained that Golikova will work on budget problems, while he will stress on economic and political cooperation.
