North Ossetian Leader Taymuraz Mamsurov has approved the new government of Prime Minister Sergey Takoyev, RIA Novosti reports.
Prime Minister Nikolai Khlyntsov who headed the government since 2005 was dismissed on May 21.
The old government had 23 vice premiers and ministers. 6 were replaced this time.
8 instead of 7 vice premiers will work on economic issues. Constantine Gabisov from Sevkavenergo joined.
Soslan Frayev has become the Minister for Ethnic Relations. Madina Ikayeva, aged 30, has become the first Minister for Economy in the republic.
Kazbek Vaziyev has become the Minister for Fuel, Energy, Housing and Utilities. Azamat Khadikov has become the Minister for Construction. Victor Bochmanov will replace Sergey Takoyev as head of the presidential and governmental administration.
