Russian Vice Premier and Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the NCFD Alexander Khloponin has arrived in Grozny, the Chechen governmental press service reports.
Russian Minister for Education and Science Dmitry Livanov, head of the Federal Service for Surveillance of Education and Science Lyubov Glebova, Deputy Minister for Regional Development Sergey Vereshagin, Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry for Education and Science Irina Taradanova, prime ministers of regions of the North Caucasian Federal District, ministers for education of regions of the NCFD, heads of North Caucasus higher education centers are part of Khloponin’s delegation.
The plenipotentiary envoy said that the delegation will discuss the Unified National Exam. Khloponin notes that he would want to make the process impartial and clear.
