Pakistan has tested a cruise missile Raad (Hatf-8) capable of carrying a nuclear warhead, RIA Novosti reports.
Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani congratulated designers of the missile on the success.
Raad has a range of 350 km and uses stealth technologies.
Pakistan has been testing missiles Babur in the last years as well. Raad and Babur may become the main missiles of the Pakistani army.
