MPs of the Stavropol Territory have approved Victor Shurupov as the First Vice Premier of the region, RIA Novosti reports.
Governor of the Stavropol Territory Valery Zerenkov entered office on May 5. He organized the first reshuffles on May 15. Shurupov became the Acting Vice Premier, replacing Vladimir Shapovalov, who is now a Vice Premier.
