Georgian Deputy Speaker of Parliament Anzor Bolkvadze and Finances Minister Gvindadze have visited the skiing resort at the Goderdzi Gorge at an altitude of 2,200 meters, Business Georgia reports.
About $8 million will be spent on the construction of the resort in 2012-2013. $11 million was issued for development of the infrastructure. A 4-kilometer road with minor roads will be built.
The Goderdzi Resort may compete with Gudauri.
