Vice-premier of Turkey receives honorary doctorate from Black Sea University

The Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey, Bulent Arinc, was awarded an honorary
doctorate from the University of the Black Sea during his official
visit to Georgia, Trend reports.

The Deputy Prime Minister arrived in Georgia yesterday, today he will visit Batumi.
