Engineers defused a bomb planted at 110 KW power lines in the Buynaksky District of Dagestan on Sunday, RIA Novosti reports.
The police found two out of four power line poles damaged by an explosion. A still active bomb was found 2 meters above. It resembled a pipe 57 mm in diameter 35 mm long with wires.
