New sports facilities built in Ingushetia

Three sports facilities have opened in Ingushetia to mark the 20th anniversary of the republic, RIA Novosti reports.

The Center for Olympic Free Wrestling in Nazran was opened by Ingush Prime Minister Musa Chiliyev, Olympic champions Rahim Chakhkiyev and Nazir Mankiyev, four times World Champion Islam Duguchiyev and others. Adam Barakhoyev, winner of the bronze medal at Sydney Olympic Games, became the director of the stadium. It will allow 500 people to train.

Chiliyev reminded that Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov ordered sports facilities to be built in every town and city. Yevkurov attended the opening of a sports facility in the villages of Pliyevo and Nesterovskoye.

The multifunctional sports hall at the Nesterovskoye Village of the Sunzhensky District was built within the framework of the federal purpose program for development of physical education and sports of Russia for 2006-2015.
