The settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be the top theme for negotiations of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as she stated at a meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, 1news.az reports.
Clinton is on a visit from Armenia to Azerbaijan. Mammadyarov noted that deaths of young people at the line of contacts aggravates the problem.
