The Federation Councol has ratified the agreement on formation and functioning of the collective security system of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), RIA Novosti reports.
The collective forces include police officers, interior troops, officers of security and special services, staff for emergency situations and civil personnel.
The federation Council ratified the agreement on cooperation of CSTO states in development, production, exploitation and utilization of military products. The document was signed by Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. It sets the order and conditions for military equipment and training staff for its exploitation. Sales of military products acquired according to the agreement cannot be sold to third states, international organization and privates.
The document protects information received within the framework of cooperation and the rights of sides for intellectual activities.
