Russia should listen to CE criticism of human rights observance in the Caucasus- Evkurov

Russia should take into consideration reports to the Council of Europe on the human rights situation in the Caucasus and use all the recommendations in order to improve it, president of Ingushetia Unus-Bek Evkurov said, ITAR-TASS reports.
He also noted that the resolution on the human rights situation in the North Caucasus introduced to the Parliamentary Assembly is not as tough as the first variant. That report was drawn up about a year ago and the situation in the region has changed a lot since then, but the criticism is still reasonable and worth the particular attention of the federal and local authorities, Evkurov added.
