The Tverskoy Court of Moscow may arrest Vladimir Zhamborov, head of Kabardino-Balkarian administration for theft of state property, together with Minister for Management of State property and Land Habdulsalam Ligidov and his deputy Ruslan Zhamborov, the court's spokeswoman Polina Kleymenova said, Vzglyad reports.
The process will start at noon today.
