The Russian government has presented the protocol on military facilities on territories of CSTO states to the president for introduction to ratification, RIA Novosti reports.
CSTO members may allow third states to establish military facilities only after consultations with other CSTO states.
The president will also consider the agreement on principles of forming state science industrial associations and an agreement on preservation of specialization of enterprises and organizations manufacturing military products. The second document contains orders of the interstate commission for military-economic cooperation of the CSTO to form a list of enterprises and organizations specialized in preserving CSTO military-economic cooperation.
