South Federal District won't be dissolved - presidential envoy

The Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District, Alexander Khloponin, says the government is not considering the possible dissolution of the South Federal Disrict, RIA Novosti reports. 

Russian media have recently published information about the possible dissolution of the federal district. 

"The issue is complicated, but no such initiative is being considered," Khloponin said.
