The Russian government has introduced a bill simplifying entrance to the country for foreigners, RIA Novosti reports.
The goal is to relief foreigners of unnecessary formalities. Foreigners need to present visas or other documents when entering Russia. The federal law has simplified visa procedures.
Another bill for consideration is about biometric personal data for people without citizenship and documents for refugees. Electronic IDs will have colour photos and fingerprint images.
