Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and his Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian will discuss the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in Paris today, News Armenia reports.
Negotiations will be held in France, initiated by co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group. Eamon Gilmore, Irish Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade and OSCE Chairman, expressed hope on Tuesday that the sides will reach progress in settling the conflict.
The Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers will have the first meeting since they clashed in early June.
