A group of Russian amphibious assault ships Nikolai Filchenkov and Caesar Kunikov and a rescue tugboat SB-15 are planning to enter the Mediterranean Sea to fulfill goals at the Tartus Port, Interfax reports.
They may secure and evacuate Russian citizens and property.
