Israeli tanks have arrived at the Egyptian border, violating the Camp David agreements signed in 1978, Interfax reports.
The document was signed between Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin. Secret negotiations in Washington lasted 13 days.
