A bomb went off at the Indi Café on the Street of Tolstoy in Nalchik at 0.50 am on June 19, RIA Novosti reports.
The bomb was equivalent to 50 g of TNT. The bomb at the Domodedovo Airport that exploded in January 2011 was equivalent to 3 kg of TNT. It killed 37 people and injured over 120.
The police believe that the Nalchik blast was a response to searches and arrests of militants in Kabardino-Balkaria.
