The Presidents of Russia Vladimir Putin, USA Barack Obama and France Francois Hollande said that they were devoted to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group. The presidents expressed regret that Azerbaijan and Armenia made no progress in fulfilling the statement made in Deauville on May 26, 2011.
The three leaders urged Armenia and Azerbaijan to speed up negotiations on the conflict according to the statements made in Sochi on January 23, Interfax reports.
Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers Elmar Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandian discussed the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in Paris. The ministers expressed readiness to enforce confidence to improve the atmosphere.
