Turkey bombed militant bases of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in the northern part of Iraq last night, Trend reports.
Amadiya, Avashin and Zap were raided by the Turkish Air Forces. The operation was most likely a response to militant attacks on Turkish outposts yesterday. 8 Turkish troops died and 15 were injured in the militant attacks.
