Mayor of Nalchik is under criminal investigation

The Mayor of Nalchik, Zalimgeri Hagasov, is under criminal investigation
regarding abuse of his office, Interfax reports, quoting the
Investigative Committee of Kabardino-Balkaria.

According to investigators, Hagasov illegally gave out land for the
construction of country houses.
