The Epokha publishing center is concluding preparations to publish the two-tome book called “People’s Art of Dagestan” for the 75th anniversary of the Republican House of People’s Art.
The book was composed by Elvira Kunina, President of the State Russian House of People’s Art, Zumrud Suleimanov, the Dagestani Culture Minister, and Marita Mugadova, Director of the Republican House of People’s Art.
The work describes the national arts, music traditions, folklore of Dagestan. It contains over a thousand of photos. Texts were written in Russian and English.
The presentation was set for September 1.
